Morning Janine. Wow!!! Friday was a big day. I think we uncovered more in a few moments than I thought would be possible with years of therapy. It was exhausting but brought such relief (like bursting a boil) For years, I’ve been ‘chasing my Shadow’, I had no idea now close it was… and actually how easily accessible… and how easy to embrace! I am so grateful to you for your skill, your compassion, and your integrity.
